Frank Louis Fende
Frank Louis Fende, age 83, passed away peacefully March 23, 2024, at his residence.
Born April 21, 1940, in Cleveland, he was a longtime resident of Chester Township.
Frank worked for Stock Equipment Co. for 38 years and, after retirement, became the “Ad Man” for the Chesterland News.
He was a U.S. Army veteran, a parishioner and past Parish Council President of the Church of Saint Anselm in Chesterland, and a member of the North Coast Fly Fisherman.
He enjoyed painting with watercolors, playing guitar and spending time with his friends in ROMEO (Retired Old Men Eating Out).
Frank is survived by his wife, Mary Lou (nee Sonokey); daughters, Lisa (Tim) and Allison (Pam); grandchildren, Andrew (Bridget), Mitchell, Meghan, Robert and Emily; great-grandchildren, Connor and Brayden; step-grandchildren, Noah, Nicholas, Jack and Maddy; brother, Andrew “Bud” (Bonnie); and sister, Barbara (Joseph).
He is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Mary (nee Gianfagnia).
Private Interment at a later date at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
