Julie Renee Wilson

MIDDLEFIELD – Julie Renee Wilson, 34, lifelong resident of Middlefield, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017, at her home with her family by her side. She went to her new home in heaven with the Lord. Her relationship with Jesus Christ was paramount in her life.

Julie was born on Aug. 27, 1982, in Claridon Township, daughter of Frank C. and Ellen (nee Byler) Wilson.

She was a graduate of Cardinal High School, in 2001. She received her bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and minor in Psychology in 2005 at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va.

Julie was an office manager for Specs4Us in Burton.

She was a member of Maple View Mennonite Church and was a very loving giving person.

Her hobbies included music, crocheting and making her special cupcakes. Her dream was to open a bakery.

She loved spending time with her family and friends.

Julie will be dearly missed by her beloved parents, Frank and Ellen; sister, Leesa St. Pierre; nieces, Ashley, Karalyn and Chantelle; nephew, Johnathyn; loving friend, Brian McAllister and his daughter, Kassidy; and grandmother Joy Wilson.

Her brother, Robert Frank Wilson; grandfather, Frank R. Wilson; grandparents Henry and Esther Byler; and step-grandmother, Clara Byler, preceded her in death.

Calling hours are 2-5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28 at Maple View Mennonite Church, 14890 Burton Windsor Road, Burton.

The funeral service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29 at the church. Burial will follow at the Maple View Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Maple View Mennonite Church.
