Michael Chad Sheehan
Michael Chad Sheehan passed from his earthly life into eternal peace and rest on July 14, 2021, in Garrettsville.
He was born on Nov. 27, 1972, in Frankfort, Germany, to John Sheehan and Pamela Thrasher.
Michael enjoyed working as an auto mechanic, doing body work on cars and trucks, and training dogs.
Michael grew up in Chardon, but also lived in Texas and North Carolina. He especially loved his daughter, Lydia.
Survivors include his father, John Sheehan Sr. (Gwen), of Chardon; mother, Pamela Thrasher, of Winston-Salem, N.C.; brother, John Sheehan Jr., of Mentor; nieces, Kayla and Kendalyn Sheehan, of Mentor; stepsisters, Helena (Matthew) Schaden, of Burton, Theresa Strobel, of Burton; and daughter, Lydia Dilley, of Pepper Pike.
Michael also is survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jeremiah Joseph and Rita Sheehan, and Chad and Gladys Thrasher.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on July 19, 2021, at Burr Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 116 South St., Chardon, with a memorial service to follow.
Interment of Michael will be private family only at Chardon Municipal Cemetery.
