Rande R. Reinhard Sr.

Rande R. Reinhard Sr. passed away on Dec. 6, 2024. He was born on Oct. 19, 1950, to Janet (White) and Henry Reinhard Sr., both deceased. He had three brothers and two sisters.

Rande received a business degree from Kent State University and became a Certified Public Accountant.

Rande is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 51 years, Sarah W. Reinhard. Their love was insurmountable. Together, they enjoyed cruising, going out to dinner, spending time with friends and, most of all, building memories with their family.

Rande won Sarah over the first moment she laid eyes on him. When Rande proposed, he told her she no longer needed to look out for herself. She now had him to do that. Sarah vowed to do the same in return. Rande persevered and passed away on their 49th wedding anniversary, giving her this one last gift.

Rande and Sarah had four children, Kristen Brickman (Matthew Sr.), Rande Reinhard Jr. (Hallie), Kellie Dziemianzuk (James) and Katie Zeman (Jason). He had 16 grandchildren, Matthew Jr., Joseph, Henry, Kander, Chelsea (Matthew) and Olivia (Matthew) Brickman, Chase, Mason, Jaxon and Kylie Reinhard, Aubri Johnson (Hallie), Payton and Harper Dziemianzuk, and Aiden, Benjamin and Quinn Zeman.

Rande adored his children and his grandchildren more than life itself. He loved creating special memories for them at every chance, making up silly stories and songs, cooking specialty recipes, playing beauty salon and asking every detail about their school and sports.

Rande had a very strong work ethic. He always encouraged his children and grandchildren to work hard and to be the best person they could be. He spent his life building his businesses as a fair and caring individual. Rande taught his children to always be humble and quoted the phrase “Eigen lob stinkt,” meaning self-praise stinks.

Rande will always be remembered for his devotion to a great western and kept QVC and HSN in business. His sense of humor and wittiness goes unmatched.

Christmas was always Rande’s favorite time of year. He wanted his family to carry on his love of the Christmas season. Anyone would be so lucky to be loved like Rande was loved. He will be greatly missed.

“I lived a life that’s full. I traveled each and every highway. And more, much more than this, I did it my way” (Frank Sinatra).
