Richard Cutler

Richard “Rick” Cutler passed away peacefully on Jan. 13, 2026, after a long battle with dementia.

He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Linda, and worshipped by daughter, Stephanie Cestnik (Frank); and grandchildren, Ava and Bryson Cutler Cestnik (named in honor of his Papa).

He is also survived by his loving sister Carol Wilkens (Bob); and many adored nieces, nephews and cousins. He is also survived by his biological children, Elizabeth (Brian), granddaughter Madeline; and biological son, Daniel.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, Martha and Howard Cutler; brother, Howard; and sister Barbara.

Rick was the kindest man with the most generous heart. He loved to be known as a “problem solver” and greatly enjoyed proving that to Linda on an ongoing basis.

Rick started a very successful career in finance and engineering, but his forte was manufacturing. He held many successful roles in the foodservice equipment industry as plant manager, vice president manufacturing and executive vice president, and retired with a very successful run for many years as president of Cleveland Range.

Linda and Stephanie would like to thank the many caregivers, nurses and staff at The Lantern/Meadow Falls of Madison, and so many from the Hospice of Western Reserve for everything over all these years. We appreciate all of you and the wonderful friendships we have made, but our biggest thank you is for the kind and loving care you have given to our husband/dad.
