Richard H. Wojtowicz
Richard H. Wojtowicz, age 76, of East Claridon, Ohio, passed away after a brief battle with cancer.
Born Oct. 8, 1949, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Henry and Josephine (nee Kruczek) Wojtowicz, Richard would graduate from Maple Heights High School in 1968, before marrying the love of his life, Dawn (nee Wood).
Richard was a hard worker who enjoyed the company of his wife, fishing on Lake Erie or the Madawaska River, taking vacations to the Caribbean, eating chocolate, having a beer with friends and family, helping others and watching westerns.
He was a proud member of Teamsters Local 507.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dawn Wojtowicz; his children, Douglas (Elaine) Wojtowicz and Clinton (Stephanie) Wojtowicz; beloved granddaughter, Jordan; his loving sisters, Pat (Dave) Pruzinsky, Paula (Ed) Aranyosi, Marian (Marty) Tuma and Ann (Vince) Thoman.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles.
Richard will be cremated and laid to rest at Claridon Center Cemetery, 13932 Mayfield Road, Claridon Township, Ohio.
