Burton Public Library announces four New Year, New You programs in January. The program kicks off with Makeovers on Wednesday, taking place Jan. 9 at 1 p.m. Limited to six lucky ladies, they will leave with a “new look” and personalized color scheme from Mary Kay. No products will be sold. A $5 class fee is payable at registration.
Next up is Healthy Cooking on Jan. 12 at noon. Attend a free demonstration of healthy cooking using Tupperware and a microwave. No products will be sold.
Then, at 7 p.m. Jan. 15, New Year, New You: Unleash the Power of CLEVNET takes place. The free class will cover how to search the CLEVNET library catalog, place holds and access the free database for homework assignments, genealogy, information and more.
Using your Kindle to Download eBooks is Jan. 23 at 7 p.m. The free class will feature step-by-step instructions for getting free eBooks for all versions of Kindle through CLEVNET.
