Students Visit Severance Hall
The AJ Jordak Elementary School third- and fourth-grade classes took a trip to Severance Hall on Nov. 10. Students attended “The Sounds of Water” concert performed by the Cleveland Orchestra as part of their Education Series. All of the pieces in the concert were connected to bodies of water, large and small, throughout the world.
As the students have been learning about the critical role water plays as part of their Earth science and environmental classroom curricula, they were also able to gain an additional perspective of the role water plays in music and the arts.
