NDCL wins Top Workplaces Award

For the second consecutive year, Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School has been named a winner of the Top Workplaces Award by The Plain Dealer.

Earning the Top Workplaces 2020 honor is a prestigious distinction with only 175 companies in the Plain Dealer’s broad distribution region making the list, which appeared in the newspaper’s June 28 edition.

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measured several aspects of NDCL’s workplace culture, including leadership, communication, morale and mission effectiveness.

“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Energage CEO Eric Rubino. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization.”

“NDCL’s Top Workplaces honor recognizes and celebrates our shared belief that by working together and learning from each other, we create transformative energy that ripples through our school community to benefit our students and their families,” commented Principal Joseph A. Waler. “And this year we learned that not even a pandemic can stop that power.”
