Living the Truth in Love
On May 20, which was the last class day of the school year, Principal Joseph A. Waler presented the prestigious Living the Truth in Love Award to 12 students who exemplify the mission of Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin.
The Living the Truth in Love Award is the highest honor NDCL presents to any student. Four students from each grade receive the award, which is based upon nominations submitted by teachers, counselors and administrators. Award recipients’ photos hang in the school’s main corridor for a year.
Seniors Evan Fonash, Meghan Hren, Jack Legath and Rylee Yackin received the Living the Truth Awards for the Class of 2021 during the Senior Honors Ceremony earlier this month.
Junior recipients are Antonio Vitale, Brianna Haberman, Madeline Kuhlman and Thomas Welsh. Sophomores are Caroline Jurevicius, Aidan Tripodo, Aubriana Hills and Brendan O’Brien. Freshmen are Tuscani Orris, Caden Basile, Katherine Williams and Joshua Grambo.
