Kindergarten Celebration
Kindergarteners at Westwood Elementary School invited their families to a special concert to celebrate the conclusion of their first year of elementary school. They performed seven songs that kept the audience smiling. Thank you to the music teacher, Mrs. Harrison, for preparing students to take the stage.
Donation to Rescue Village
One of the “Acts of Kindness” at Lindsey Elementary School was a weeklong coin collection to benefit Rescue Village, which resulted in $2,400 raised. During a special assembly, representatives from Rescue Village were presented with the donation and shared with students all of the ways the money will be used to help the animals in their care.
