Animal Problem
May 25
9:40 a.m., Goredon Drive, Aquilla. There is a sick opossum on my doorstep. I cant get into my home and I am scared. One round used to dispatch the opossum.
11:49 p.m., North Boulevard, Auburn. Neighbor who is not home has three dogs that are now loose and on our property trying to get to our rabbits, and when we go out to chase them away they are charging us as well. Deputy advised. Owner arrived home and caught the four loose dogs.
Citizen Assist

2:11 p.m., Claridon Troy Road, Claridon. On post. Assisted handicapped resident with old cable wire that was left in ditch by cable company.
Citizen Dispute

12:29 p.m., Rock Creek Road, Thompson. Neighbors having a verbal argument. One neighbor is yelling about a dog and she cant enjoy her day outside. Deputy will handle.
Drugs/Alcohol
May 29
12:25 a.m., GAR Highway, Hambden. Circle K. Hambden clerk found marijuana in the gum section of his store. Collected suspicious item. Green vegetation does not appear to be marijuana.
Extra Patrol
May 27
8:15 a.m., Spicebush Lane, Auburn. For the last three nights, someone has been putting eggs on the front steps. Full eggs and just shells. Eggs were thrown at the house, just placed on the steps. Extra patrol requested. Female was advised to maybe put a camera up to try and catch someone.

2:37 p.m., Fox Road, Troy. Facebook message. Im not sure what to do about a situation. Yesterday I received a text message from a woman wanting to order Mary Kay from me. I am a consultant. I responded to her email and long story short, it was a scam. I stupidly gave her my address. I kept thinking something wasnt right so I googled her name but got nothing useful. I then googled the name of her daughter I was suppose to mail the product to after I got her cashiers check. Bingo! She has tried to scam a lot of Mary Kay consultants. I printed out all the emails that we sent back and forth. I let her know I knew she was a scammer and I was going to report her. I also blocked her on my email. I am just concerned because I gave her my address before googling her. Advice on what I should do now, please! Extra patrol in the area.
Harassment
May 27
2:19 p.m., Merritt Road, Munson. Son was assaulted at the Chardon soccer field. Advice given, over two 12 year olds, ongoing fighting at soccer games.
Property Damage
May 28
7:59 p.m., Snow Road, Newbury. Someone struck my mailbox. A person left a note in the box saying they knew who hit it, he was drunk and also smashed out his window. Deputy advised. Driver was not drinking today and was sober.
Suspicious
May 29
10:25 p.m., Lancaster Drive, Auburn. Mailbox has been violated. Found a used condom inside. Would like to speak with someone. No suspects at this time. Advice given, extra patrol requested.
Theft
May 29
12:37 p.m., Brentwood Lane, Chardon. Theft from vehicle, two pairs of designer sunglasses and a North Face rain coat. Overnight in the driveway. Caller also is requesting extra patrol during nighttime hours. Report taken.
8:18 p.m., Stratford Ridge Lane, Chardon. Caller states there was property stolen from his vehicle sometime last night.
May 30
6:24 a.m., Thorpe Road, Auburn. Caller believes her daughter stole her credit cards and possibly her camera and laptop.
Threatening
May 24
10:11 a.m., Rock Creek Road, Thompson. Male states he is being threatened by an ex-friend about money. Borrowed $600 from his friend. Male sent messages stating he wants his money back because he is going to prison. Texted he has nothing to lose. Total four voicemails. No threats on life.
May 28
3:40 p.m., Bean Road, Munson. Caller is on Sylvia Drive and would like a report taken. Received a threat to have him killed on Monday. No report. IR only.
