Code-A-Pillar
Before the end of the school year, students in Mrs. Becker’s K-fourth-grade computer classes worked together to plan, sequence and problem solve using the game Code-A-Pillar.
In Code-A-Pillar, segments of a robotic caterpillar are programmed with blocks of code. Once snapped together, the caterpillar lights up and moves on the floor in whatever direction the segment directs. A special thank you to the Geauga County Public Library in Middlefield for lending staff and equipment to the classes.
