JES Cook Receives Hero Award
The company provides some of the food products in the school cafeteria, and this year they’re asking districts to nominate school meal heroes as part of their Rethink School Meals movement.
While all of Cardinal’s food service staff is worthy of this distinction, only a few across the country can be selected. Cardinal is excited for Lori on her honor.
Food service director Janis Benton says, “Lori is always willing to try new things to keep our students happy. She loves to dress up for special occasions to have fun with the kids and make lunch a memorable experience. She also helps create costumes for the cafeteria staff to wear and makes fun prizes for students on special days.”
Congratulations, Lori, on the recognition – and a big thank you to all of Cardinal’s cafeteria staff for everything they do each day for the kids.
