Heart 2 Heart Dance
The cold weather didn’t stop Chardon High School students from connecting with new friends and community members for the school’s annual Heart 2 Heart Dance on Feb. 8 at Park Auditorium. Hosted by Chardon High School students, University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center and the Geauga County Department on Aging, the party was a celebration of life and a means of connecting generations.
The event hallmarks Chardon High School’s core values in action. It is grateful for everyone who spent months planning for this experience and look forward to building upon its relationship with University Hospitals and the Department of Aging. Special thanks to CHS leadership teacher Rob Mizen, his students and Sandy McCloud, from the Senior Center, for putting together an outstanding event.

Parents of Sixth-Grade Students
Children are required by state law to have both a meningococcal and a Tdap immunization before the start of seventh grade. It is not too early to immunize one’s child to be in compliance for next year.
Chardon Middle School nurse Lori Strickland is accepting these immunizations records now. Email lori.strickland@chardonschools.org or call the school at (440) 286-0457 with any questions or concerns.
