Jesus and Bread Day Celebration
On April 9, second-grade students in Ms. Amantea and Mrs. Modarelli’s class celebrated “Jesus and Bread Day.” The retreat began with making bread and then continued with craft stations to help the boys and girls prepare for their First Communion. The day concluded with a special prayer service in the NDEC Chapel, where they presented the homemade bread for a blessing.
