Chronic Disease Self-Management Class

Register for a free six-week course offered by the Geauga County Department on Aging at the West Geauga Senior Center. Class will be held on Thursdays, July 26 to Aug. 30, from 11:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Lunch is included.
