Support Needed
Geauga County National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI is starting a new support group in January called Growth Through Grief, which is designed to guide loved ones through their journey to find hope and healing after suicide and other traumatic deaths. The group will serve youth 6-12 years, teens ages 13-18 years and adults.
Some items are needed to help get the group off the ground, including exercise balls,bean bag chairs,carpet squares,big pillows,lap boards,beach balls,Nerf balls,Play Doh, emotion stickers and games. Other items include toys such as playhouse people/items,emergency service vehicles and items, doctor/nurse kits and puppets.
