Bus Rider Survey

Chagrin Falls Schools would like parent feedback as they update the transportation routes for the 2019-20 school year. Each year, the district includes all students on the bus routes even though there are students who seldom or never ride the bus to or from school. By identifying which students actually ride the bus, the district can improve their routing efficiency and effectiveness and better serve both students and the community.

The district is asking parents to complete the survey at this link: http://bit.ly/CFBusSurvey2019 for each student in their household by July 12.

By completing the survey, parents are not giving up their student’s ability to ride the bus in the future. If they decline ridership now and circumstances change during the school year, they may contact the transportation department to make a change.

“We appreciate your efforts in keeping our campuses safe and reducing congestion by taking advantage of the bus, walk or ride to school options,” said Transportation Supervisor Mike Morgan. “Thank you for helping us serve you better and for completing this survey. We will be sharing bus routing information in August.”
