Hildegard Wisch and John Doe, Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any of Hildegard Wisch, you will take notice that on August 31, 2021, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Geauga County Common Pleas Court, 100 Short Court, Suite 300, Chardon, Ohio 44024, being Case No. 21-F-000518, alleging that there is due thereon the principal balance of $167,479.85 as of August 5, 2021. In a reverse mortgage all advances are added to the loan balance, per the note terms. As such, the principal balance continues to grow due to monthly servicing fees, mortgage insurance premiums, and other costs set forth under the terms of the note and mortgage. The real property, which has a street address of 12545 Hovey Drive, Chesterland, OH 44026, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number: 11-379800.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a de-fault in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Sealed bids for Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) will be received by Karen Hawkins, Fiscal Officer, by mail only at PO Box 116, Montville OH 44064, until 4:00 PM on December 21, 2021. All properly submitted bids will be opened and publicly read on December 21, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. at the Montville Township Board of Trustees meeting held at the Montville Community Center.
The bid must follow FEMA’s AFG guidelines and include:
• 21 Self Contained Breathing apparatus 5500 psi or equivalent in accordance with NFPA 1981 2019 Edition
• 42 Cylinders 5500 psi or equivalent in accordance with NFPA 1981 2019 Edition
• 21 Face Pieces
• Shipping charges

Envelopes containing the bid shall be sealed and clearly marked “SCBA BID”.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or guaranty in the amount of 100% of the total amount bid, or a certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit in an amount not less than 10% of the total amount bid, as required by R.C. 153.54. The bid bond or guaranty must be submitted as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. The bid bond or guaranty shall be issued by an approved surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio and said company shall have local representation. The bond or guaranty shall meet the satisfaction of the County Prosecutor.
Bids will be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening, for the purpose of reviewing and investigating the qualification of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
The Montville Township Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid or bids which are deemed most favorable to the Board at the time and under conditions stipulated, all in accord with the applicable provisions of laws of the State of Ohio governing the conduct of the Montville Board of Trustees.
