While the City of Chardon has plenty of housing for people, a condo for cars may be an unfamiliar concept. However, that could change soon with the Chardon Planning Commission approving final development plans for one on Wilson Mills Road at its April 28 meeting. The property is adjacent to a residential district, but is located in a commercial district, Community Development Administrator Jonathan Holody said.
