Children ages 3 (potty trained) through those entering fifth grade are welcome to register for “True North: Trusting Jesus in a Wild World ” vacation Bible school at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 11900 Chillicothe Road in Chester Township. Polka-Style Worship, Picnic and Concert
July 27, 9:30 a.m.
Join the Chardon Polka Band as it leads a polka-style worship service at Celebration Lutheran Church, 10621 Auburn Road, Chardon, beginning with coffee and donuts at 9:30 a.m.
Following the indoor worship service from 10-11 a.m., a free picnic-style lunch will be provided by church members from 11 a.m. to noon. The Chardon Polka Band will present a free concert in the sanctuary from noon to 1 p.m. Kids are welcome.
Monetary donations will be accepted during the worship service and concert to benefit the Geauga Hunger Task Force, which supports five food pantries in Geauga County.
