Hilltoppers Place 14th Statewide

The Chardon High School Science Olympiad team placed 14th overall out of 40 top schools competing in the recent Ohio Science Olympiad State Tournament.

This season, the Hilltoppers competed at the highest invitational level in the United States and against top schools from across the nation. Coach Emily credited the team’s hard work and dedication throughout the season for making the state tournament appearance possible.

Cole Earns Excellence Award

Chardon Schools Communications has earned a Mark of Excellence award recognizing the district’s Facebook page from the Ohio School Public Relations Association.

The statewide recognition honors individuals, school districts and others for outstanding contributions to school communications. The award was presented to District Communications Director Mason Cole during the OHSPRA Spring Conference on April 23.
