Russell Township Trustee Amy Heutmaker asked Fiscal Officer Karen Walder to provide meeting minutes to the board more quickly in an effort to improve transparency for residents. Walder, who recently submitted her letter of resignation, was not present at the May 21 meeting, where Heutmaker addressed the issue following resident complaints about delays in posting approved meeting minutes to the township website.
