Citizen Assist
April 8
12:52 p.m., Main Market Road, Troy. American flag flying upside down. Upon my arrival I spoke to a neighbor who stated she observed the flag being displayed upside down several days ago. The neighbor said the male who resides there is elderly and may not even know it did that. I stopped at the residence; however, no on answered the door. A note was left about the call.
Disorderly
April 6
11:52 a.m., Edgehill Drive, Newbury. Neighbor is drunk. He is outside threatening to kill my friend who is at my house. He was dating the female a couple months ago. He says we are going to hell. He went back inside his house for now. He lives with his mom and dad; he is 50 years old. Dont believe there are any guns in the house. He is upset because they broke up and he knew the boyfriend stayed with her at my house last night. Suspect transported to ER, unresponsive. Charges to follow.
Harassment
April 5
3:06 p.m., Nelson Road, Parkman. Man calling asking for money or stating he will cause problems for the family. Responding officer contacted the man and he was advised not to have anymore contact with complainant or show at her residence, or criminal charges would be filed against him. He was advised to file a civil lawsuit against her for any issues with a dog he was sold. Complainant is requesting extra patrol at the residence and wanted this incident documented.
Juvenile Problem
April 6
7:49 p.m., Bundysburg Road, Middlefield. Deputies are needed in the area Bundysburg road near the listed address. Amish buggies full of juveniles up and down the road. They are screaming, drinking and throwing beer cans all over the roadway. Deputy advised.
Littering
April 9
5:10 p.m., Clay Street, Thompson. Light colored sedan just drove by occupied by yelling and screaming juveniles. They threw a bunch of garbage into my yard. Caller wants deputies to fingerprint the trash and attempt to identify the juveniles. Caller would like to meet with the deputy. Vehicle may have turned onto Valentine Road.
Suspicious
April 7
9:03 a.m., Orange Lane, Auburn. Kids were ringing the door bell last night and now there are huge rocks in the yard. They were also hitting the house with what sounded like air guns. Would like a deputy to come out. Damage was done to the siding on the house. Report taken; extra patrol requested during evening hours.
6:18 p.m., Brakeman Road, Hambden. Finding golf balls in her hayfield which damages equipment. She has some of the golf balls and know which neighbor. She would like to speak to a deputy about what to do. She has spoken with the neighbor before and they wont stop. Deputy informed. Returned golf balls to him; he was advised to not drive his balls onto the west property and should any damage occur to animals or equipment, he will be responsible. Stated he will comply.
April 9
7:44 a.m., Cedar Road, Chester. Suspicious photos on students phone. Unruly juvenile report to follow. Student lives in Newbury which makes it GCSO. Also student sent a text in Snapchat. Several students have advised principal of statement sent with picture. Report taken.
Threatening
April 11
5:01 p.m., Kevin Lane, Hambden. One hour ago caller was walking from the bus stop with his children and a red Jeep slowed down and a male in the back leaned out and made threats to kill either the caller or his children. He does not know for sure who he meant. No plate, but female in the park advised she thinks the driver was a female from Kirtland.
