2014 Homecoming Court
Congratulations to the Kenston High School students who were selected by student vote to be homecoming attendants: freshmen Taylor Gilbert and Ben Obringer; sophomores Breanna Bodak and Alec Sapolin; and juniors TJ Daunch and Gabby Groff.
The homecoming king and queen will be announced at halftime of the Oct. 10 game against Perry. The senior court is comprised of: Sydney Braverman, Rachael Brezovec, Will Bush, Jackie Cifani, Brad Davis, Josh Heiferling, Nick Lewis, Anthony Martin, Carole Nelson and Paige Palmer.
Candidates Night
Political Action Committee of Kenston (PAC-K) and the Geauga County League of Women Voters will host a candidates’ night on Oct. 13 at 7 p.m. in the Kenston High School Auditorium, 9500 Bainbridge Road.
Each year the PAC-K assists the League of Women Voters with a public forum that allows local candidates to introduce themselves and describe their platform. Local ballot issues are presented, too. The public is invited.
