The Pygmy Connection 4-H pygmy goat club celebrated the holidays with a gift exchange and holiday snacks on Dec. 21 in the Patterson Center. In addition to the festivities, the 2015 club officers were elected.

Ali Lesner is the 2015 club president. Emily Naylor was elected vice president. The club secretary is Anna Montazolli, and the treasurer is Paige Miller. Julia Surace is the health and safety officer. Graycen Wood is the club news reporter.

The recreation coordinator is Sydney Henry and the technology officer, responsible for updating the club’s Facebook page, is Erin Lesner. The club’s photographer is Jenna Toutant.

The club also established a decorating committee of five club families to coordinate the club’s participation in events like the Great Geauga County Fair booth.

The club’s next meeting will be Jan. 25 at the Patterson Center. If anyone is interested in joining the club or learning more about Geauga County 4-H, please contact the Extension Office at 440-834-4656. (Submitted by Graycen Wood, news reporter)
