ANIMAL PROBLEM

April 5

9:50 a.m., Quinn Road, Auburn. Caller states her goat was killed by either a dog or a wolf, or a mix. She would like a report taken because she feels the animal assailant may come back and, if it does, they will put it down. She does not know if it was a wild animal or a pet. Deputy responded. An 8-year-old goat was killed by a large white wolf. Animal was located and spoke with dog warden regarding the case. Owner of the animal agreed to take care of the damages.

April 9

1:01 p.m., Mayfield Road, Huntsburg. Male is in the back of my pickup and won’t get out. He is throwing things at the vehicle. The male did not pay for a pump for a septic tank and the caller came to retrieve it. Deputy advised. Complainant works for a septic company. Resident did not pay a 9-month-old bill. Complainant came to repo the pump. Problem has been resolved and the septic company is now repairing the system.

EXTRA PATROL

April 3

7:02 a.m., Fowlers Mill Road, Munson. Around 3:30 p.m., a white truck or van parks at the edge of our property line and sits there for about five minutes each day as children in the area are arriving home from school. Deputy advised. Complainant asked someone be in the area to check this vehicle. She will attempt a call back if she is able to obtain some kind of description. White vehicle parks at an access drive next to the caller’s property. Complainant called back advising it is not at truck or van, but instead an older late model sedan and sometimes arrives as early at 3 p.m. Request for extra patrol was read.

April 6

12:21 p.m., Widgeon Drive, Auburn. Complainant requesting extra patrol for people damaging and removing street signs. Last week the sign for Widgeon Drive was removed from the hole in the ground. Today it was found on the other side of the intersection, bent backwards. Complainant believes all of the damage is occurring during the overnight hours. Road department advised. Auburn Road Department is also requesting extra patrol; they have had extreme increase in street sign damage recently.

JUVENILE PROBLEM

April 4

8:04 p.m., Nicki Lane, Hambden. Caller states her 17-year-old daughter’s friend is at her residence crying that her dad has been throwing things at her and calling her names and yelling at her. The juvenile does not want to go home because she is afraid of her dad. The father was outside yelling at the caller and his daughter that she needs to come home. The male has since gone back to his trailer. No intoxication, no weapons in the home. Deputy received a call from the daughter’s grandmother that she is being unruly and refuses to listen to her father. Grandmother states she runs to the neighbor’s house and tells them lies about her father.

PARKING PROBLEM

April 7

7:49 a.m., Country Oaks Trail, Munson. A brown/gray colored Jeep in front of the house is parked on the tree lawn for three days. Caller does not want the vehicle parked near her property. This vehicle has done this all winter long. Caller requests return call from the deputy. Deputy spoke with the owner of the Jeep. Her daughter is at her boyfriend’s house just east of the complainant’s residence. The owner of the Jeep was advised to have her daughter park in the driveway instead of the road.
