Geauga Beef and Swine
Geauga Beef and Swine 4-H Club held its last meeting on April 17 at the school building on the fairgrounds.
There was a speaker from Western Reserve Country Store. His name was Reese Windham. He talked about how to pick a pig out ad how to feed them well.
The minutes were read and approved. Junior Fair report was given. Tyler Plants talked about camp to the kids. Pig tagging was discussed and to get a hold of Tom Gower for tagging.
The club decided to sell candy bars for a fund-raiser. Members talked about quality assurance on May 14 at the fairgrounds. Everyone must attend to go to fair. Members also talked about buyers gifts and to be thinking of ideas.
