May 17, 6:30-8 p.m.

Fingerstyle blues performer Paul Borger will be guest speaker at the Geauga Arts Network Group program at Heinen’s Cafe, 402 Center St. in Chardon. The educational program is free and open to the general public; no reservations are necessary. Guest host will be Geauga-based poet Grace Butcher.

Paul Borger, DVM, who operates the Burton Veterinary Clinic, will be sharing some of his own special brand of blues, along with stories of what inspires him. His repertoire encompasses blues standards from the 1920s through the 1950s, as well as some novelty tunes of his own. Learn more at www.PaulBorger.com.
