Real Money Real World

Students in Mr. Higg’s classes participated in the Real Money. Real World. simulation on May 20. Real Money Real World. (RMRW) is a financial literacy program for youth from Ohio State University Extension.

RMRW is fun and distinctive because it includes an interactive spending simulation that provides the opportunity to make lifestyle and budget choices similar to those made by 27-year-old adults. Berkshire thanks the volunteers from the business community and social service agencies who volunteered their time to provide financial literacy education to the students.

Volunteer Breakfast

Parents and students enjoyed a volunteer breakfast at Ledgemont Elementary School on May 19. The breakfast, which was sponsored by the staff, recognized the volunteers who put in countless hours at Ledgemont Elementary School throughout the school year. The Berkshire School District is very grateful for their contributions.
