Geauga Beef and Swine held their meeting on August 13th. We had a showmanship clinic at one of the member’s farm and then went back to their house to hold our meeting. Our buyer’s gifts for the Geauga County Jr. Fair Livestock Auction on Saturday, September 2nd are completed. We also went over our barn decorations for the week of fair. We briefly went over beef, swine and turkey information that the members needed for fair. The club painted our pig boards and lettered them. The club is making snack bags for our members on show day. After the meeting the members went swimming. Our next meeting is August 27th to set up the barn for Fair. See you at the Fair!!
