The meeting was called to order March 20 by the president, Dillon Cox, at 7:03 p.m. The pledges were led by William, followed by roll call and the treasurer’s report, which was approved by the club. Then, members split into their species’ meetings.
The group went down the list of committees David Braun would like to prepare for the animals to be coming soon and to keep steers watered and fed. Joanne Miller arranged a sponsored car wash, which was approved by the club.
Members filled Easter eggs with candy at the end of the meeting. Jerry will be taking them in to the people in the local hospitals. Members passed around their buyers gifts that they all approved but do not want them stated to keep the buyers surprised.
The next meeting will be held at the school building on April 17 at 7 p.m.(Submitted by Dillon Martin, news reporter)
