Outdoor Adventure Camps
Registration opens March 20 for youth entering grades 5 through 10 for adventures including biking, kayaking, fishing, stream exploration and sending rockets high into the sky.
Geauga Park District’s sixth annual camps are offered in weeklong forms for youth entering grades 5 through 7 the weeks of June 25, July 9, July 16, July 30 and Aug. 6. A junior naturalist camp will also take place the week of June 11 for this age group.
Weeklong experiences for teens entering grades 8 through 10 will be the weeks of June 18 and July 23. Single-day X-Treme Adventures for the older kids will also be held July 2 and 5 (kayak challenge) and July 3 and 6 (high ropes challenge).

Egg Hunt: Nature Style
March 24, 1:30-4 p.m.
Celebrate spring by following clues in and outdoors to hidden eggs and fun facts at The West Woods Nature Center in Russell Township. Find all the eggs on the hunt and be rewarded with a fun prize. Two levels of scavenger hunt cards will be available anytime during program hours: kids 3 to 5 years and kids 6 and up.
