Pancakes at Hambden Grange
Hambden Grange 2482 is serving an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast with maple syrup, corn fritters, fruit, sausage, juice, cocoa and coffee on March 13, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Grange is located at 9778 Old State Road. The cost is $7 for adults and $3 for children 10 and under.
Nadine Pope Retires
An open house was held at the Hambden Town Hall on March 5 to celebrate Nadine Pope’s service to Hambden Township. Nadine retired on Feb. 3. She has served Hambden Township in a combination of roles from fiscal officer to trustee over the past 24 years. We owe Nadine a great deal of gratitude, and she will be deeply missed.
New Trustee Appointed
On March 2, Ed Kaminski and Keith McClintock appointed Scott Yamamoto to fill the unexpired term of Hambden Township trustee, vacated when Nadine Pope retired. Please extend congratulations to Mr. Yamamoto when you see him.
The next meeting of the Hambden Town-ship trustees will be March 16 at 6:30 p.m.
