Help for Mental Illness
Geauga County National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) offers support, education and advocacy for those affected by mental illness.
A NAMI Family Education Feel the Love reunion will be held for family education graduates on Feb. 16 from 4-7 p.m. at NAMI Geauga office, 8389 Mayfield Road, Suite A-2 in Chester Township. Bring an appetizer or dessert to share. RSVP to Billie Olsen at 440-286-6264.
Growth Through Grief support group is designed to guide loved ones through their journey to find hope and healing after suicide and other traumatic deaths. The groups meet Wednesdays from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Chester Township office. Support for teens is offered weeks one and three, for adults weeks two and four and for youth ages 6-12 weeks two and four.
