Resident Tim Romask has requested to be on the agenda and a portion of the meeting to discuss road issues. He will have 40 or more residents from Pioneer Road in attendance. Trustees encourage other interested residents to attend as well. A 20-minute portion of the meeting will be scheduled to discuss township roads. The meeting will start at 7 p.m.

Trustees are pleased to announce that with a grant of $4,826 from NOPEC, nine more 1954 windows in the Huntsburg Community Center (Huntsburg Elementary School) were replaced. The old east side classrooms now have more energy efficient windows. Last year, NOPEC provided a grant of $5,048 and the old cafeteria windows were replaced. Trustees wish to thank NOPEC for offering grant opportunities to NOPEC communities.
