Stress Reduction: July 16, 1 p.m. Registered nurse Natalie Wells will share fun simple ways to reduce the stress in life through activities like deep breathing, guided meditation and mindfulness. Chocolate included.

Young of Heart
July 17, 12 p.m.
St. Anselm Young of Heart will meet at the parish center. They will be entertained by Winds, Strings and Ivory, with music from the Great American Songbook for your listening pleasure.
A trip is planned to Oglebay, W. Va., on Aug. 9-10. There will be a stop in Steubenville to see amazing murals. Cost is $255 per person ($261 for non-members). For more information or to see if space is still available, call Nancy at 440-729-9684.
The group will be going to the Tangiers Restaurant and Cabaret in Akron for lunch on Sept. 30 and to see “Dancing in the Streets” with music from the ’50s, ’60s and ’70s.
