Young of Heart

St. Anselm Young of Heart will meet at the parish center. Bring a brown bag lunch. Dessert and beverage will be provided.
The group will be entertained by the music of Frank Cardone, a one-man band.
Dues of $15 for 2016 can be paid at the next few meetings. Anyone 55 or older who is a resident of Geauga County or a St. Anselm parishioner is welcome to join the Young of Heart.

Arthritis Exercise with a Twist: Jan. 20, 10 a.m. A physical therapist from Enhanced Rehabilitation Services will be the guest instructor. He will demonstrate some new stretches and provide a question/answer time.
Healthy Eating with Mary Kay: Jan. 21, 11 a.m. Join to sample healthy snacks and hear about the importance of watching what we eat. Please call, so the center can plan accordingly.

Have a Laugh: For the Health of It: Jan. 21, 11 a.m. Presented by Stephanie Yeaglin of Hospice of Western Reserve, the program defines the history of therapeutic humor, identifies the benefits of humor and distinguishes between appropriate and inappropriate uses of humor. Free.
Heart to Heart Dance
Feb. 12, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The students at Chardon High School are holding a dance for senior citizens at Park Auditorium and they invite you to attend. They will have music, dancing, lunch and games. The second graders from Park Elementary School will perform.
The cost is $10, but scholarships are available.
