- Save a Life: Feb. 13, 9 a.m. to noon. University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center will offer a free CPR class.

- Dating, Love and Intimacy: Feb. 20, 12:30 p.m. By reservation only, this first presentation will be led by Dr. Byler, of University Hospital Geauga Medical Center, at Middlefield Library. Call the senior center for more information.
- Ohio Highway Patrol: Feb. 21, 10:30 a.m. An officer from the OHP will discuss senior driving and safety during the winter months.

- Intro to Watercolor: Fridays in February, 12:30 p.m. Join for a new painting class with Dave Bunkin. Fee is $6 per class for walk-ins.
- Book Club: Feb. 12, 1 p.m. Join for a discussion of ”Before We Were Yours” by Lisa Wingate. Held offsite; call the center for more information.
- Single Sociable Seniors Club: Feb. 20, noon. The SSSC will meet for lunch at Spinner’s Diner in Chardon. Get to know some single seniors in the county. Cost of lunch is on your own. There is a $10 minimum for credit cards. Call to RSVP by Feb. 15.

The Chardon Senior Center and University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center will be hosting a free CPR training class to all registered Geauga County seniors at the Chardon Senior Center. Learn the basic skills needed to help save a life using the CPR method.

Living with COPD
Feb. 20, 11 a.m. to noon
University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center will present an educational health program with speaker Robert J. Rosneck exercise hysiologist/respiratory therapist, Harrington Heart and Vascular Institute, at the Chardon Senior Center.
Lunch is available after the program with reservations.
