Caregiver Panel Discussion

Join at the University Hospitals Geauga Medical Conference Center, 13207 Ravenna Road, Claridon Township, “Do You Know What You Don’t Know?” Registration and lunch is from 11:30 a.m. to noon followed by the open panel discussion from 12-1 p.m.
Learn about caregiver resources as well as background information regarding dementia and aging. The panel will include representatives from Arden Courts, Geauga County Department on Aging’s Adult Day Service Program, Burr Funeral Home, UH Geauga’s Norma N. Chapman Senior Assessment Program and John Thomas from Schraff & Thomas Law, LLC.
RSVP by Nov. 1. A shuttle will be available from Chardon Senior Center to UH Geauga Medical Center before and after the program.
