The suspect then reportedly fled the area in a white or silver Hyundai with an out-of-state license plate. Middlefield police investigators identified a potential suspect and put out a BOLO — be on the look out — to other law enforcement agencies, police said.

“Our guys were able to identify the vehicle and track it,” Tucholski added. “It turned up in Hermitage, Pa., and he was arrested in Pennsylvania.”

While in Hermitage, Cisneros reportedly trespassed into an occupied home, Hermitage Police Department Deputy Chief Chad Nych said Dec. 23.

Cisneros was taken into custody and charged with three counts of aggravated assault on police officers during his arrest, criminal trespass of an occupied structure, three counts of terroristic threats, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia, Nych said.

He added Cisneros is being held in the Mercer County jail.

According to Mercer County District Court 35-2-02, Cisneros had a preliminary arraignment Dec. 20 and his bond was set at $100,000 cash. He has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Dec. 30.
