Anderson Ohman Jr. presented updated plans for converting the former Jordack Elementary School on Pierce Street into senior apartments during the Middlefield Village Planning and Zoning Commission’s Aug. 11 meeting. Ohman said his family plans to convert the existing classrooms into 30 apartments and construct a three-story addition on the south side of the building, bringing the total to 65 units. The revised proposal reduces the number of apartments from the originally planned 85 units.
