Russell Township officials are considering five potential paths forward for their historic town hall after township Zoning Commission Chairman Barry Rogers presented an informal structural assessment April 16 that concluded the building is worth preserving. The town hall, at 14890 Chillicothe Road, was built in 1851, said Trustee Chris Hare.
