CFMS Students of the Month
Four exceptional students at Chagrin Falls Middle School have been recognized as December’s Students of the Month for exemplifying the school’s Tiger Techniques: Think, Integrity, Grit, Effort, and Responsibility.
Seventh-graders Mairead Malley and Robbie Rugh, along with eighth-graders Daisy Adelman and Jack Rubin, were selected by their grade-level teaching teams for their outstanding contributions to the school community.
Malley earned praise from teachers for her consistently considerate and respectful approach to learning. Her willingness to seek help when needed and support her peers, combined with her quick learning ability and pattern recognition skills, set her apart as a model student.
Rugh was recognized for his positive attitude and dedication to helping classmates, particularly during group projects. Teachers noted his insightful class discussions and exceptional leadership in Chinese class, where he regularly goes above and beyond to support his peers.
Adelman was honored for her confidence and efficient work ethic. Her teachers highlighted her dependable nature, intelligence, and positive participation, including her dedicated work with Student Council.
Rubin stood out for his persistent positive attitude and creative problem-solving abilities. Beyond his academic achievements, Jack demonstrates leadership through his involvement as a Spanish Club officer, Student Council member and basketball team player.
Each honoree received a tiger water bottle from the PTO in recognition of their achievements. This monthly recognition program aims to acknowledge and reward students who exemplify outstanding performance and embody the school’s core values.
