CHS Atudents Attend Model UN
Chardon High School’s Model United Nations team participated in the 2026 Cleveland International Model UN Conference earlier this month.
The theme of this year’s conference was “The Role of Youth in a Divisive World.”
Chardon’s 21 delegates represented five different countries and UN committees to collaborate, debate and defend resolutions regarding some of the most pressing global issues of the day. More than 400 students attended the conference.
Park Elementary Valentine Exchange
Third-grade students at Park Elementary recently participated in a special Valentine exchange with schools across the United States.
Students sent 20 letters and handmade Valentines to students in different states and are receiving 20 letters in return. As part of the project, students researched information about Chardon to share with their Valentine partners and learned about the locations of the schools they contacted, including one in Hawaii.
