NDCL math students joined high schools throughout northeastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania for a day of math workshops and team contests at Youngstown State University’s Annual MathFest on Oct. 13.

NDCL senior Michaela Nagy and juniors Michelle King and Hailey Oppenlander took second place for their statistics poster, “Factors Influencing Interest in Physical Therapy.”

Family Open House

All sixth-, seventh- and eighth-graders and their families are invited to Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin’s open house on Nov. 9, from 6-8 p.m. Tour the 75-acre campus and learn how the school’s academic, spiritual and extracurricular programs prepare students for lives that will transform the world.

Placement/Scholarship Test

Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin’s placement and scholarship test is Nov. 12, from 8:30-10:30 a.m. or 1-3 p.m. Eighth-graders interested in applying to NDCL are required to take this test.
