2nd-Grade Bread Day

The second grade is busy preparing for its First Communion. As a part of the second-grade religion curriculum, children receive a hands on lesson on how to make bread. This tactile experience helps them understand the Eucharist. After the bread was baked, the children had a prayer service where their bread was blessed.
