Raffle To Benefit Sick Preschooler
St. Helen School is raising money for John Oliver Zippay. John is in the 3-year-old preschool class. He has just been diagnosed with leukemia and is in the hospital.
Students, faculty, staff and parents are raising money to help with medical bills by having a raffle. The raffle includes a Browns dog, a Cavs Build-a-Bear, an Ohio State Build-a-Bear and an Indians cap and baseball. The tickets went on sale Nov. 10 for $1 each.
Mrs. Carol Mead and Mrs. Mary Wanner donated the prizes and organized the raffle.
