On Dec. 6, St. Helen School welcomed Bishop Nelson Perez, newly appointed bishop for the Diocese of Cleveland, along with Superintendent of Catholic Schools Christopher Knight and Assistant Superintendent Susan Polhy.
Bishop Perez celebrated Mass at 10 a.m., followed by a tour of the school, lighting of the Advent log and lunch with all the students in the school gymnasium. “St. Nicholas” made a visit with candy canes for all the students.
